Compatibility

The winch is compatible with Eurojumper bungee trampoline systems. Compatibility with equipment from another manufacturer is also possible

Installation

Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by a suitably qualified person familiar with the attraction and its technical documentation.

After installation, the operator must verify:

• correct mounting of the winch;
• correct direction of movement;
• operation of the automatic brake;
• operation of the limit switch;
• operation of the emergency stop or safety switch;
• correct rope installation and alignment;
• safe movement throughout the complete operating range.

The attraction must not return to service until all controls and safety functions have been tested.

Important Weather Protection Information

The winch is electrical equipment and is not waterproof.

It must be protected from:

• rain;
• direct water exposure;
• excessive moisture;
• condensation;
• flooding;
• unsuitable outdoor storage.

Do not operate the winch when it is wet. Protection of the winch against rain and moisture remains the responsibility of the attraction operator.

When the attraction is not operating, the winch should be stored or covered in accordance with the equipment operating instructions.

Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the winch regularly as part of the attraction’s documented maintenance programme.

Checks should include:

• brake operation;
